Attorney Roberto C. Jimenez earned his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the
University of California at Santa Cruz, and his law degree from the University of
California at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). Mr. Jimenez opened his law
office in 2006. He has practiced as an attorney since 2006.
At present, Mr. Jimenez is also a panel member of the Criminal Court Appointed
Attorneys Program (CAAP) in Alameda County, where he has the honor to defend
and protect the constitutional rights of indigent defendants.
In addition, Mr. Jimenez volunteers at the Workers Right Clinic, where he
provides brief consultations regarding employment issues, & at Centro Legal De La
Raza, where he has been a presenter of various family law topics and also provides
brief consultations on such matters.
